The Cebriáns

We are passionate about wine, food, travel and of course... Argentina.

Originally a native of Salta, Argentina, I grew up grilling meats and roasting vegetables over an open fire at my father’s side, and exploring some of the highest elevation vineyards in the world right in my city’s backyard. As a young tennis professional, I traveled the world and realized what a special, unique culture Argentina has that was unlike anywhere else. I decided it was my mission to share it with others.

My wife, Angelina, grew up a military brat; also traveling the world with her family and being exposed to many different cultures and cuisines. When we met and discovered our shared love for international foods, wine, travel and entertaining… it was an instant match!

Through Panoram, we are able to share our passions and culture through quality wine from Argentina, our catered Argentine Asado Experiences, and Custom Wine Tours to Argentina.

For an Argentine, the asado is so much more than just a cookout. It’s deep rooted in our culture. It’s ancestral. It’s about taking your time to make the fire, being patient as it slowly burns to provide you with the perfect coals for cooking; carefully selecting several different cuts of meats and vegetables to cook long and slow over low heat; inviting your friends over early to pop open a bottle of wine (or two… or five) to watch you work. It’s about human connection. It’s about entertaining and serving others. It’s about creating the environment to slow-down, ignore the clock and enjoy good food and wine with good company. That’s asado, and that’s what we bring to your backyard or event space.

Here in the U.S., we focus on building those experiences and fostering strong relationships with our wholesale wine partners, our restaurant/retail customers, and our Argentine Asado Experience clients.

Each year, we also travel to the wine regions of Argentina and hand-pick the best quality and value wines; we turn down as many estates as we represent. We are proud to partner with family-owned vineyards that guarantee sustainable processes from the grape to the bottle. The high altitude of the vineyards and proximity to the Andes Mountains provides the ideal location for the cultivation of grapes. Sandy, rocky soils and high diurnal temperature variation create a unique atmosphere for premium, concentrated wines. Our products represent the land and the people – both passionate and genuine.

We hope to share our passions with you soon.

¡Salud!
